Beware! They serve undercooked food! Took 2 bites when I noticed. I stopped coming to McDonald's but after a long flight back home I decided to give it a try and order there new big arch meal which is expensive too for what I received. Worst mistake ever was stopping here. First bite tasted funny by the 2nd bite I looked down and noticed (see picture) I did spit it out immediately and threw up too. Burger in the trash and money gone. This place needs to be shut down by the health department.

I ordered a medium fry with my meal. And they couldn't even cook the frys long enough let alone they gave me less than a small? This is absolutely insane. I will be contacting coorporate. The fact that they need armed security here should tell you enough.

Here I am again. This is getting out of hand. I used the mobile app and ordered food. Well my orange juice was watered down so I had to go back and get another one. My steak egg & cheese bagel didn't have what I asked for and I paid extra for round egg but gave me folded egg instead. When will this stop. I literally go here 5 times a week. You would think they'd get the order right as I order the same thing everytime. Also the steak bagel has no breakfast sauce and I asked for extra sauce smh. Also asked for no onion..but there's onions on it. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! IF NOT I WILL OPEN A BBB COMPLAINT!!!

After placing and paying for a full meal, I drove approximately 15 minutes home only to discover that my chicken sandwich was raw. This is a serious food safety issue. I immediately returned to the restaurant to have the problem corrected. Instead of offering a refund for the entire meal or providing proper customer service for the inconvenience, I was told that only the chicken sandwich itself could be refunded. I was not offered an apology, nor was any concern shown for the time, gas, and inconvenience I experienced. The restaurant was in a rush, but that should not take priority over correcting a dangerous mistake made to a customer who already paid. Customers with incorrect or unsafe food should be treated with urgency and respect, not brushed aside. Serving raw chicken is not only unacceptable, it is a health risk. The lack of accountability and customer care made the situation even worse.

I haven’t been to McDonalds in a year or so for just about every reason, and it’s cheaper and better to got chilis almost across the street. But holy hell, this was by far the worst dining experience you could draw up. The ordering kiosk thing was slow and really clunky to remove all the nonsense they put on every entree. Then the payment thing wasn’t working on any of them. No big deal you think. The printer also isn’t working to get a receipt to go attempt to pay at the cashier, so much fun. I got walked by 20-30 times by a few different employees with no attempt to acknowledge me and why I’m standing in front of the register. Finally, someone decided to stop and ask what’s going on and I was able to pay. While waiting in this environment that has a lot in common temperature wise with hell, I finally get my food and it was so much worst than anything I remember getting at McDonalds in years past. Couldn’t finish my burger. Literally the only reason we ate here was to get the demon hunter meal for my daughter. Great job by marketing to get me in here. I will not make this mistake again. I’d rather buy from a scalper on eBay than deal with this horrible instance of any attempt of customer service. Walking out to your car is wildly dangerous, and they have cars park to block the crosswalk.
