If you don’t order online you’re liable to be overcharged. And when you are, no one seems to know the managers name or how to contact them, and whoever gets volunteered to play shift lead would rather hold up the drive through than acknowledge the constant mistakes. In two weeks I’ve been over charged, charged for items I didn’t receive or didn’t ask for and there is never any resolution. Food was also cold. Yes, it’s McDonald’s and it’s small amounts, but for a corporation that makes as much as they do, they don’t deserve freebies on the consumer dime. Worth noting this location is far better than the other one on walnut but the high school.

I’ve seen abandoned gas stations run better than this place. The service is so bad it feels like the staff are actively competing to see who can care less. I’ve seen farm animals get treated with more care and professionalism than customers here. Anyways.. Good Luck y’all eat here ^^

The management at this location is obviously trying to rig their serve time metrics by excessively asking drive thru customers to pull forward into a parking space. I go to this location for its convenience but 80-90% they ask me to pull forward even if there is no one else in the drive thru. The past couple times they botched the order and I needed to walk into the restaurant to correct the order. Also, the person that walked to my car to deliver the food spoke no English.

This is by far is my absolute favorite McDonald’s . I live in Raleigh and come here to Cary just for McDonald’s . I even pick up delivery orders sometimes from here . It’s a wonderful atmosphere, with wonderful people . The morning crew are always super kind and professional. I come here for breakfast and they are always nice . Also , The night manager , is extremely helpful and super nice as well . She always makes sure I have everything I need before leaving . She always makes sure my orders are right . Whether it’s personal or for a customer . She’s sweet . I love it there . Please come check it out !!! They will always make your food fresh and hot . Placed order and only half of order was given. Called back and asked to speak to manager in regards to missing items and was told to hold on. No one came. Called back and line was busy. Called next day and spoke with Mary who said she was manager and explained situation, she told me she knew who worked previous night and that I should have spoken with them, the manager for that shift. I repeatedly told her I tried but no one came to phone. She then said she could do nothing because I had no receipt and she wasn’t working when issue occurred. Location needs a completer OVER HAUL of employees until better customer service can be given.
