My food was delivered to me completely bagged like groceries instead of hot food. I had 2 drinks with to combo meals and my food was placed directly in the doordash bag without another bag for my food. My bacon quarter pounder was out the box on the bottom of the bag and fries were spiiled everywhere and cold because of my food having direct contact with the drinks and the bigmac was tossed around in the container. I have been to this location several times and while some employees are nice, some are sarcastic and every time make me pull forward and wait an extra 5-10 mins. This review is because of my recent experience where I waited an entire 45 minutes in the drive thru. There is a serious problem with operations here that should be addressed and I don’t plan on coming back because it doesn’t seem like it’ll be fixed anytime soon. Just go to the Lake Boone Trail location down the street.

Girl who took my order at drive thru last night felt some type of way bc she had to get help ringing up the order. Pull around to the window and she is digging in her nose trying to prove a point. Then she Went to the back with my food. They bring it out to the window. Ok, I paid and left. I have my receipt and the whole bag of food. Management needs to reach out immediately! Monday morning I’m calling the food inspector. McDonald’s do better.

Why David Stands Out • Going Above and Beyond: David doesn’t just take orders; he ensures every detail is correct and makes customers feel genuinely welcomed. • Efficiency with a Smile: Even during busy periods, he maintains a calm and friendly demeanor that keeps the whole atmosphere positive. • Exceptional Leadership Qualities: It is rare to see this level of dedication. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are well above the standard. Future Management Material David is clearly an asset to this location. His ability to manage both the pace of the restaurant and the needs of the guests suggests he is more than ready for a higher leadership role. Honestly, he should be a General Manager. If you are looking for a gold standard in customer service, David is the person to see.

Literally the worst mcdonalds you will ever go to, and ive been to some pretty bad ones. They consistently mess up orders and then get an attitude when you try and get it fixed. I once had to have a mcchicken remade 5 times just bc I wanted no mayo on it. Gave me a free meal voucher once but then none of the employees knew how to use it. Continue up the road and just go to the lake boone trail mcdonalds instead, thats what I do now.
