Kwame is hands-down the best employee that I have ever seen not even just for a McDonald’s location he is one of the hardest workers and most respectful and sweetest people anytime. I have come no matter the hour of the night or the day I genuinely believed that this man either needs a general manager position if he doesn’t already have one or a raise because the hard work and dedication and hours that he puts in is like no other.

I have had great repeat drive through service experiences after 2 in the morning with large orders. Not even a glimpse of grumbling, just consistent cranking out the order while keeping up the communication. I don't know that I could ask for more this time of night.

This service was horrible. The line was too long , I got parked to the side & they never brought me my food. I had to leave cus I had to go to work. I am extremely disappointed. They were very rude too. I called later and the store manager responded she was very disrespectful.

Third time ordering from here and the third time I regret it. The burger was DRY, as if I had been under the heating lamp all day. I mean DRY like completely dry. The patties were dry,the buns were dry and even the cheese was dry. The nuggets were old, stale and once again no sauce, for the THIRD time. The fries were old and stale, not one of them would stand straight. This is the third time they don’t even give me any straws for my sodas and worst of all is that this was a delivery order because I’m disabled, so I can’t even go back for a refund. I’m stuck with this bs as my dinner.

Person taking my order was very rude, unprofessional and did not listen when we ordered. She got the order wrong multiplied times proceeded to rush me four or five times to finish the order I almost drove away without getting my food and there was no one else in the line so it didn't make sense
