Great tasting Big Mac! Accompany by delicious fries, with a nice sweet tea. Areas are very clean, Staff is very courteous, while doing their best; answering all the customers questions.Traffic is heavy in the vicinity of this location,my friends, remember to stay safe & healthy 🙏

I've never had to make a bad food review before but here I am when people don't follow simple requests... Through the Drive Thru I ordered a Double hamburger for my mom and I said "Can I have it with no onions and no pickles, please." , low and behold not only was there onions still on the patty but it looks like they realized they messed up and instead of starting over with another hamburger they tried to scrape off the onions..... What if my mom was allergic to onions??? These food prep clerks have no respect or sympathy for people with food allergies if they knew they accidentally put onions on it and tried to scrape off the onions instead of starting over with a new hamburger... They're going to get someone sick one day.. I gave my mom my Happy meal (I just wanted the toy anyways) and I attempted to eat the sandwich, I couldn't even eat all of it, there was no flavor to it, a half-ass dab of ketchup and a half-ass dab of mustard..

These younger employees at this location have to pay attention to details. I get it... It's fast food, but they can have a little care when preparing the food. With all this technology, it makes you wonder sometimes how these simple orders go wrong. It's also crazy because I order with the McD's app, so you can't screw up what you're reading.

This is the 2nd McDonald's I've been to this morning. The first was on Capital Blvd at Triangle Town Center... waited 10 minutes and got NO SERVICE. Came to this McDonald's... got service (sort of)... no manners, no eye contact, no effort... was confused when I wanted to pay with cash. I'm done with McDonald's. Never again

First they rushed us in ordering and then They kept messing up our order and didn’t offer us a receipt nor gave us all our food the first time, and then had attitude with us when we offered to pay the difference for the food we ordered but didn’t get. All in all I wont be going there ever again.
