So I just left out of here I asked for some nuggets fresh so they literally took some old nuggets put them back in the grease and gave them to me. This is very disturbing because especially with today’s economy and the rise of cost with everything I don’t think it’s a hardship for a restaurant to cook your food the way you asked for it, especially when you’re willing to wait. I didn’t say anything to the manager or anything at this moment because I’m just extremely tired and I don’t feel like having a back-and-forth with anybody but just like in my job even when I don’t feel like doing something as long as it’s within regulations and within policy and procedure, I do it because a person has a right, especially if they’re spending their hard money and I don’t have money just to throw away

I think it’s so unacceptable how this smoothie is $5.00+ and they don’t even have the curiosity to fill it to the brim. This is about the 4th time I’ve ordered a Mango Pineapple Smoothie and received it like this. It’s quite unacceptable. I’ve included 3 pictures from 2 different times I’ve ordered this smoothie and it wasn’t filled to the brim.

This is the BEST McDonalds establishment we have EVER graced with our presence. The beeping? Always rythmic. The staff? impeccable. The ice-cream machine? Always working. The area? Lack of sketchiness. Wonderful. Congratulations!

Waited in line 20 minutes. Customer in front of me got angry and left even though he had paid for food. Employee got my order wrong. Had to wait for her to correct it. No manager inside. Very poor service. Employees couldn't get it right.

Wow!! I didn't want to hold up the drive up lanes with my special order so I walked in to the lobby . The very nice elderly lady took my order. 2 Cheese Quarter Pounders w just onions and mustard. They were absolutely perfect. Better than when I worked at McD's and made them for myself. Note to the employees and owner, thank you for caring about your product and service.
