The buff guy who works the early morning shift; he’s my guy. I’ve seen him almost every time, he’s always on it, he’s energetic, he’s friendly, and the food’s always right. I’m no McManager, but I’d certainly he’s earned whatever raise he’s in the running for, and if he’s not, he should be! It certainly makes my trip better to know he’ll likely be there.

Did mobile order and waited in line for over 20 minutes before just having too leave. It was about 10:40 when I arrived. There were 3 cars ahead of me. The first car took forever and then the lady came back, walked up to the window while the now second car was waiting for their order. Guess she was still having an issue with her order. It's now 11 pm still not moving. Finally I'm too tired for this crap and if they did get my large fry ready I'm sure it's cold by now. Try to cancel my order but it says my order is already prepared. Cool I just have to wait God knows how much longer for cold fries . I decided to take the $1.50 loss along with almost 30 minutes of my time and go home to bed. Creedmoor Rd location.

Ordering at this location is an absolutely horrible experience. You cannot possibly get such consistently terrible service. They will get your order wrong no matter how many times you show them and whether you order online or in store expect to wait a good 30-40 minutes for your order while confused employees take turns asking about your order and then going back to ignoring you. Everyone is always completely lost and confused at this place. And if you order a large fry, you'll get a large box containing a small fry.

This location is less like a restaurant and more like a post-apocalyptic scavenger hunt, where napkins, straws, and basic human interaction are legendary artifacts, passively guarded behind the counter by a staff of unsung heroes just trying to survive another shift without making eye contact. A truly memorable experience. There is the manager that avoided my 3x attempts to ask him about my counter pickup. When I caught another employee; who then asked the manager, he replied, I threw it over there". We had the joy of encountering an employee who communicated via a series of dramatic grunts and only made eye contact with the floor. Her sigh of annoyance when I requested a straw for a smoothie (the ultimate customer entitlement, how dare you!) was the cherry on top of this spectacular service sundae. Speaking of smoothies, I guess I expected the monopoly prize that says free, no purchase necessary, would be free, but when ordered via the app, this location added a mysterious 49-cent charge for the free smoothie. ..and let's not forget the thrilling dining companion who tried to use dramatic hair flips and an "entitled attitude" to persuade us to "do her a favor"and buy her breakfast. She said she had no money ..but her elaborate braids and 13" Apple iPad suggested otherwise. I know a professional breakfast grifter when I see one. She will do well in this location with no resistance from staff.
