Approximately 2:15 AM to 2:35 AM on April 7 on a Tuesday morning I ordered the number Seven that comes with two breakfast burritos And hash brown I also ordered an extra hash brown and a orange juice that comes with the meal the drive-through lady that I also ordered the Sandra Mill based off of Demon slayer, but I did not order that. I ordered the number seven also what that being said when I drove off, she forgot to give me my orange juice which I had to drive back to go get. Also I order an extra hash brown and I didn’t even get that. What kind of service are you guys trying to provide here you’re gonna hire somebody make sure that they take my order correctly and to make sure I have all my food wasting my time she gives me back six dollars one the Demon slayer Sanja meal was $7.59 that I never even order. you guys got crappy service you guys charged me for an extra hash brown I never got

They wouldn’t take my order. I went inside and they said the dining room was closed. Ok, no problem. It’s 5:30am, I get it. I walk through the drive thru. It says 24/7 operation but I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes and nobody talked. I guess they closed? I was the only one in line. Should’ve went to Burger King.

Had a very pleasant experience in this McDonald’s today. The cashier was very friendly and pleasant, greeted me with a kind smile and made sure my order was hot. Even upsized my cup without extra charge. Truly enjoy great and friendly customer service.

They got my order wrong 5 times on the same order. Gave me a different burger, different size fries, and a 4 piece instead of a 10 piece. I went back to get it corrected and they gave me the same exact wrong order back. Went back inside again and they gave me just the correct nuggets. I then had to go back up again and get the right burger. I checked the burger at the restaurant but apparently not close enough because when I got home although the sticker on the wrapper was correct THE BURGER STILL WAS WRONG Absolutely incompetent on at dinner time on 11/16.

On their busiest night you have 1 cook and 1 person at the window and 1 who knows where. When everyone is turning their cars off to wait that’s usually a bad sign for a fast food joint. Some days are decent but never again on the weekend.
