On March 13, approximately 720 pm- 735pm I have made an order at the McDonald’s inside the Walmart. I ordered four double cheeseburger and large fries. Order number was 636. After I made the order, I couldn’t remember to what order number it was after I order so quickly receipt did not print out waited for my order. One of the crew ladies said that I should have remember my order cause I made an order but when I had an order from the kiosk, it did not print out the receipt. You don’t tell a customer that you should’ve remember when y’all need to remember to make sure there’s a receipt in the kiosk. That is my complaint you guys are unprofessional no wonder why I snatched the bag out of your manager‘s hand. Also, with that being said, when y’all had a long line ain’t your crew member is not supposed to be on her cell phone while working. Seems like somebody needs to be retrained

(Med) Fappe cost $4.19 a shot of Espresso is $2.19 for 2 shot of espresso $4.38 how come the SHOTS cost more than the drink? Total $9.28 Starbucks Venti (large) cost $5.95 two shots of espresso $2.50 w/caramel drizzle .60 total $9.80 without the drizzle $9.20.

I don't know who the manager is here, but whomever it is needs to be at EVERY McDonald's, they had everything right, food so hot it burned my mouth and that's exactly what I love, enough salt in the fries, thy actually added my Mac sauce and the right amount to my McDouble, my nuggets were steaming hot and th lemonade was perfect. And get this.... THEY DID NOT FORGET THE SAUCE OR NAPKINS. It was so good I tried to call while I was eating to thank them but no one answered.

I loved McDonald's back home. But for some reason the people making the food can't read what it is or just gives you whatever is ready. I ordered a #2, medium. Then I checked the bag while sitting in my car, and it was a $5 meal. Spicy nuggets, spicy McChicken.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s during breakfast. My food order was incorrect, so I returned to have it fixed. When I went back through the drive-thru, the employee at the window told me that I “didn’t come through the drive-thru,” even though I had just purchased my meal there. When I asked to speak with a manager, the manager questioned whether I had “saved the food from a day before” instead of addressing my concern. After I showed my receipt as proof of purchase, I was then told to come inside to the lobby. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than resolving a simple order mistake, I was made to feel like I was being accused of being dishonest. Customer service should involve listening to customers and treating them with respect. This was a frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I hope management takes steps to improve how customer concerns are handled in the future.
