What a train wreck. I ordered on the app, and drove thru. The drive thru was very slow. I got my food and checked it (always do because it’s always wrong), and I was missing a burger. Told the lady and she didn’t say anything. No “sorry”, or “let me check”. She got the burger and handed me the bag with no customer service comments. Then after I left, I realized my drink was a diet drink instead of regular. And the wrong sauce was in the bag. This McDonald’s is seriously declining.

Always have something wrong with my order. Shorted a whole nugget meal in the drive through, after a long time trying to get the promotional deal I ordered off the board. New item just wasn't on the POS.

“Me and my roommate ate at your store yesterday, and both of us had stomach infection and diarrhea last night. We’re concerned about food safety and would like this reported.” We are going to complaint austin food safety and health department for sure on this and take a serious action.

Twice going through the drive-through they gave me a sausage McMuffin with no egg. I did not ask for no egg, and the first time, I went back and got them to fix it. The second time, less than a week later, I was so disgusted I vowed never to go back there again.

Don’t get me wrong, the food here is never really good but Brian’s service was awesome! He made our ordering experience very pleasant.
