Overall I'm happy with this restaurant but please STOP GIVING ME UNSWEETENED ICE TEA WHEN I ASK FOR SWEET TEA NO ICE!!! At this point, I think it's intentional. So when does filet-o-fish not come with tarter sauce???

Our favorite McDonald's! Friendly staff, kid and family friendly, great atmosphere, clean restaurant, plenty of parking. Great food, deals and rewards on App. Can order at the counter or one of the Kiosks, plenty of seating and roomy. Especially love the Hot Fudge Sundaes!

Hazell is such an asset to the McDonald's team. Superb hire. No wonder she's so great. Her manager, Eugenia, always extends impeccable, friendly, and professional customer service, too. Applause, clap, go team. My 15 year old and I love this location because we love the employees. It's fun to use your app and get rewards. Hazell brought my Vanilla Iced Coffee over to our table with the kindest, most sincere smile, eveerrrrr. Made my heart smile.

I stopped at this McDonald’s around 4 AM while heading back to Houston after being on an assignment. I had been driving around trying to find a safe place to use the restroom and chose this location specifically because it felt secure and there was security on site, police patrolling the area, and staff actively cleaning outside. It gave me confidence to stop here over other places in the area. When I asked an employee if I could use the restroom, I was met with a blunt “no” and no explanation or basic courtesy. I completely understand that the lobby was closed and that overnight policies exist, however I assure you that was not the issue. What stood out was the lack of professionalism and simple respect in the interaction. I was even willing to purchase food to be a paying customer, but wasn’t given the opportunity or even a courteous explanation. As a woman alone at that hour and just trying to find a safe place, a little empathy would have gone a long way. This location does a great job creating a sense of safety on the outside, but the customer service did not reflect that same level of care.

This place really helped me out. I have messed up on my order and they fixed it for me even after I had ordered it the wrong thing. I really appreciate this McDonald’s even more the General Manager. Ms. Marcella was even more great of a help. I really appreciate her.!!!!
