This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve experienced. There are plenty of staff, and the dining area isn’t even that busy, yet the service is extremely slow. I waited around 30 minutes for a delivery order, and it was never prepared. I had to leave without receiving anything. The staff seemed unorganized, constantly moving around but not actually completing orders. This reflects poor management and lack of efficiency. Customers’ time is clearly not respected here. I would not recommend this location.

Maria, the manager, is terrible at customer service. She was very rude because she didn't ask if I wanted the order to go or to eat in. Later, when I was handed the food in a bag, I told another employee that I had intended to eat there, though I said it was fine as it was. Then Maria started speaking up, saying that if I didn't tell her, how was she supposed to know? She added that I should have known to specify that I wanted to eat in. For a store manager, she shows no respect and lacks customer service skills.

AWFUL, Awful, awful customer service‼️I called this location of McDonald's after I reheated my order from 10/31. My Order #1604 McChickens were spicy instead of regular. After a 5 minutes and 47 seconds phone conversation (mostly to get someone to speak to me in English) I was told to return to the store and ask for Talia or another name I didn't quite understand. I don't drive since my stroke so I let the person know I'd have to wait for my daughter or I'd have to return via CapMetro bus. When I did return later that evening via bus: I was treated as if I was attempting to steal from the store, ignored by Maria the manager on duty (I didn't start recording until I had waited over three minutes for the young counter worker to convey my situation to Maria), then I was harassed by a security guard (who had to type into his phone's translation app when he scared me) as I attempted to locate the manager or owner's information on the windows‼️ I had to call 911 to get him to move away from me.🍔👎🏽👩🏻‍🍳👎🏽🚨 👎🏽

ordered on my app, picked up in the drive through. No line at the time. Store did not put my order of fries in the bag. my order wasn't complicated, few items. I go on my lunch break my time is limited so I can't go back to store. I tried calling to request a refund but the phone line immediately goes to unavailable. very inconvenient that I can't request refund on app.

The worst Mc Donald’s in Austin.. The owner of the McDonald’s tells its employees not to waste provide sauce unless they request them I know people that work there that have told me that the owner is very strict and cheap. They anllways ask if you need sauce and never put any ketchup or napkins on your to go orders. You can be park on an assigned number and they don’t bring no sauce or napkins. Homeless right infront of the drive thru making it very unsafe at all times.
